Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

i have 3 ticket qustions?

i have a court date on Tuesday 11/20/2007. i need to know how much the cost is, also i need to know if all the money is required up front there is a long story behind my charges. i have possession under 35grams of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia and no proof of insurance (my card was out dated and i do have the card covering that date) i was not driving when we got stop by a road block my boyfriend was driving he also got the same charges i believe he is pleading guilty if that helps me out in anyway i don't want this on my record i would appreciate any information you would be able to give me you can email me

Neither you nor your boyfriend should plead guilty to anything without consulting with an attorney. A conviction on your record for any of these charges would have very serious negative consequences. Depending upon what court you are in, these charges may be defendeded or at least plea bargained so that you do not receive any conviction. Please do the smart thing and hire an attorney.

You did not indicate what jurisdiction you are in. Is this a state charge or a municipal charge? In what court are you supposed to appear on November 20th? This information changes the advice you might receive. It sounds like you might need an attorney to represent you, if you do not want a conviction on your record.
