Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
10 years ago I receive 2 tickets and I fail to appear. How can I get these tickets resolve without going to court.

It would depend on where the tickets were received. I can look this up for you if you would like.
It may be possible to resolve them without going to court if they are not mandatory appearance citations. For example, leaving the scene of an accident or DUI will require a court appearance to resolve; while speeding 59/55 would not. I would need to know what you were cited for and the jurisdiction to fully answer this question. Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance in resolving this issue.

If you are in the Eastern part of the state, or if the old traffic cases were in this part of the state, you may call me to see if I can help you. It may still be possible to cancel any outstanding warrants, negotiate a plea bargain on the underlying charges and get everything taken care of properly.
