I was arrested in December of 2009 for driving with suspended license. Had to pay $100 with help of a lawyer.I was pulled over again at the first of this month for driving with no drivers license due to them being expired. What will become of this? Happened in Callaway Co. Mo.

If you do not get this ticket amended, then you will possibly have an enhanced sentence (jail time) or have your license resuspended for the conviction. Find an atotnrey that covers Calloway County to examine the records of this new stop. Many offer a low cost or free initial consultation. Other previous tickets you've had, may also effect the outcome
Good luck
In many case like this it is possible to avoid a conviction but you will absolutely need to have a valid driver's license before you will get any type of plea bargain. Hire an attorney.
