Can i call in to traffic court in missouri and ask for an extension?

It depends upon which Court you are in. Most Courts allow one continuance by telephone. You can call the court and ask for the continuance. If they will not allow it, you may need to hire counsel to represent you on this ticket. Let me know what court you are in and I will try to make a referal for you.
