Compensation for whip lash

I was rear ended and when the person attempted to pull her car over, I was rear ended a 2nd time. I went to Physical Therapy for 7 weeks for whip lash. Question is: what is a reasonalbe compensation amount?

Without further facts, it is impossible to determine what is a fair recompense for your damages. If the injuries occurred recently, it may be too early to settle your claims. You may not yet know the full extent of your damges. The insurance companies of the other drivers will try to push you to settle too early. DON'T.
