Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Went to court 3 months ago, tryin to get my license reinstated (traffic). Haven't heard anything from court about what i need to pay. My lawyer says we just have to wait for prosecuter. Is that true? There's no way this should take this long.

You did not indicate which traffic offenses that you were charged, not what jurisdiction they're in. Therefore, it is impossible to tell you if three months is reasonable. Some courts run faster than others. Ask your agent if paying him extra will help him get your case specially set.
