Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

drivers license

I am 20 yeas old i own my own company and i have a kid, so driving is a must. My license is suspended, and i got a dwi when my wife first left me, i know i was wrong but i dont have the money for an attorney, when i go to court in 2 weeks, would just asking the judge to give me a break work, if not what should i do i need my license as i have to drive every day to go to take care of my business. I work as a professional blind cleaner...

You say that you can not afford an attorney, but with a charge this serious, you can not afford not to have an attorney. Perhaps you can obtain a loan, use a credit card, sell something you own, or otherwise come up with a sufficient amount to hire an attorney. Some attorneys will accept a down payment and allow you to make regular installments on the entire fee required. In any event, do not make yet another mistake by trying to go to court without an attorney. How many times do you think the Judge has heard a defendant ask for a break?
