Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

cant find the forms i need

i am currently about to be sentanced to prison for three years. i have some municipal court dealings tho. i have a misdemeanor dwi in one court and a driving while suspended in another court. i cant find the forms anywhere to send to the courts and ask if the remainder of my fines can be turned into jail time to resolve the issues. can u direct me to the right site to find these forms or email them to me and i will print and fill them out and send them to the courts? i really need to get these resolved so when/if i get paroled i am not released to waiting warrents. thank you.

What in the world makes you think that these are matters that you can just fill in a form and have automatically taken care of? Do you have an attorney? If so, have your attorney handle all of your municipal court problems. If not, hire an attorney to do so.
