In most cases the charges can be disposed of without a conviction if you obtain insurance and provide proof and properly register the bike and provide proof. Attorneys who handle traffic matters will be able to help you for a modest fee. You will also have to pay some fines and costs tot the court. But, all of this expense will be less than you will be likely to incur if you just plead guilty and pay the fines.
