FTA on Improper Registration Ticket
I assume I have been issued a bench warrant...my question is...can i just pay the fine...and warrant fine and be ok??

No, your assumption is incorrect. In most cases, you will need to get the warrant cancelled or turn yourself in and post a bond on the pending case. An attorney can have the warrant cancelled in many cases so that you will not have to go through the booking process. There will be additional court costs involved for the failure to appear, warrant cancellation, and so forth. Too bad you didn't take care of this in a timely fashion, you could have saved some money.
