Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Hi,
I was wanting to know if you get a traffic violation for running a red light in a car registered to you but someone else was driving; will this affect my insurance. The ticket was sent through the mail due to a traffic camera.

If you do not get the ticket amended or the real culprit charged in your place, you will get points on your license (it is a moving violation). This could cause your insurance rates to go up. If you need assistance, you can contact me via email.
Good luck
