Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
my husband and I let my friend drive our car. the friend had a permit and husband was in the car. the friend wrecked into my neighbors car then his house. unfortunately we only have liability so our car wasn't covered. could we sue him for the car and will he be at fault?
