Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
I got an ifta permit ticket in missouri and the hieght and weight are wrong since its a legal document isn't that ticket not valid

If you are referring to your height and weight, the issue is identifying the correct defendant, not the truthfulness of your description. Everyone knows the most women lie about their weight on the license. It does nto mean that eveyr ticket they get is invalid, becuase the officer coudl nto gues their correct weight. But, if you were not th eperosn cited, then the incorrect descxription may have some relevance.
If you are referring to the incorrect weight and height description of a vehicle or trailer, that incorrect information is relevant and may be a goof part of your defense.
