Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
invalid license and failure to update out of state license
Moved to Missouri to look for work, my relative had just moved there and seeing if I could find work in the area, I finally found work after 2 months and 2 days later get pulled over and issued a ticket for invalid license and failure to update Indiana license. The license I had was valid in Indiana and was not sure if Missouri would be my permanent residence. State Patrol officer, did not listen to my situation and gave me the ticket. How can I fight this with out a lot of cost, I do not want to lose my license.
