Re: limited drivers license
The usual process involves filing a lawsuit, having the department of revenue served, and then obtaining a Court Order, sometimes called a "Limited Driving Privilege" or a "Hardship License" with which you may be able to drive back and forth to work dring your period of suspension. In some cases I believe that it may be possible for you to do this yourself using forms provided by the departmentof revenue, in other cases it would be advisable to hire an attorney to assist you. Good luck.
