If the insurer fro the truck thinks you caused the accidnet, you may get sued in civil court. If you hear form teh that driver's insurer for any reason, call your insurance company. They should provide an attorney to represent you. Do not provide nay statements to the insurance company until you talk to your attorney.

As there was no officer's at teh accident scene, you mght not get any tickets. But, you could get cahrged with leaving the scene of an accident, and improper turn. If it has been a month. and you have not heard anything from the police, it is unlikely you ever will.
