Sometimes in some Courts, you can file a Motion to Set Aside a conviction. If the prosecutor and the judge will go along with it, you maybe able to renegotiate a plea bargain and then the clerk can notify the DOR to remove the conviction and the points from yor record. Please consult with an attorney. If you are in my area, I might be able to help you. Feel free to contact me.
