Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Points on my License
Two years ago I received a few tickets and plead guilty to the tickets. It accumulated 8 points on my license. I was suppose to pay them the fines. If I have not paid the fines yet and decide to do so now, Does my POINT value start from then when I plead guilty or when I completly pay them?

Re: Points on my License
I'd say that you have more to worry about than points. If you did not pay fines that were assessed, the court(s) probably issued warrants for your arrest. Also, the court clerks probably reported your failure to pay to the department of revenue and the department of revenue would have suspended your license. It sounds to me like you need to hire an attorney.
