probation v

i have a probation violation on a traffic case which gave me defense classes and pay a probation lady 30$ and at the time i had a tragedy happen which was a house fire and it made get in a homeless situation were i had no transportation. By not being at that house made me have to miss out on being able to complete my classes and be able to send them they money what do you think the judge might give me in this situation?Thankyou 4 ur time.

It is next to impossible to accurately predict what a judgw will do in a probation violation situation. If you and your attorney can demonstrate your ability and intention to complete your obligations under the probation agreement, you may be ablet to avoid jail time.
