Re: probation vioaltion

If you were supposed to do the community service as part of an SES or SIS plea for which you are on probation, you have defaulted, or violated the terms of the probation. You may have to do the jail time that was backing up your probation. Depending upon the trafic infraction you were found guilty of, that could be 2-180 days.

When you enter aplea agreement, you are saying either do not impose of do not execute the sentence (Jail time) as I agree to do the following (usually pay fine, do community service and not vilate any laws for a certain period) When you fil to do the community service, you dropped your end of the bargain, and the judge may impose or execute the sentnece.

If you do not plan to complete your community service commitment in the next few weeks, you should hire an attorney to deal with the court with you.

Good Luck
