Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
I was pulled over for my licence plate light being out. I was also driving with a suspended license, I told officer my license was suspended he told me to get out of the car and told me to come sit in the front seat of his car. I was wondering if they were supposed to do that? Also, he did not give ne a ticket that day but he mailed it to me

It sounds like they put you in the patrol car so they could search yours. The fact that the ticket was later mailed to you, does not negate its effectiveness. Driving while suspended is no longer a minor offense. It requires some jail time, if not amended. Let me know if you need help.
