Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Hello I have recently gotten two traffic tickets for no insurance and expired tags for two different counties. I was offered a 6 months probation for one county that I can not attend because I am trying to move to another state. If I take this probation it will pend me leaving anytime soon. They also told me If I took the probation I could not receive any kind of tickets that would violate the probation. I have held off on that county because if I do take the probation I would be indirect violation if found guilty in the second county. I have court next week of 4/25/2012 I seek to find a lawyer to possibly find forgiveness for these tickets or a fine that would not put points on my driving record.
