Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
When I was in Saint Louis, Missouri; my friend got pulled over and I was arrested, taken to the jail and let go that very night. They give me a ticket for possession of Paraphernalia. All I had to do was show up to Traffic Court to enter a plead and pay the fine. So my Question would be is that considered a drug or alcohol related offense in the state of Missouri?

Yes of course. You should not plead guilty. You should hire an attorney who will make sure that you do not take a conviction.
