Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
My son drove his friends car and had an accident. No tickets, no injuries. Liability coverage only on car. Are we legally responsible for damages?

Under the short facts you described, it wounds liek at the least, your Son may be liable for the damages to his friend's car. If he is a minor, you may also be responsible. Teh question becomes "how or why did the damage occur?" If your Son was negligent or reckless, then he is probably responsible. If it was another driver that cuase the accident, then your Son and you may not be responsible.
