Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
No speed or speed zone on ticket
My son got a speeding and seatbelt ticket in Missouri. No speed or speed zone was on the ticket. I called the court and they said they would add something to the file to indicate the speed and speed zone. What are my options.

Re: No speed or speed zone on ticket
If your son honestly believes he did not speed, he can plead "not guilty" and force the prosecutor to prove the case. If your son believes he may have been speeding, it may be in his best interests to see if a plea deal may be had with the prosecutor.
You did not mention where in Missouri your son got the ticket. If you tell me where he got the ticket, or what court has jurisdiction, I may be able to represent him, or refer you to someone who can.
