Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
speeding
If you are following an ambulance with your Mother in it, to the hospital, and a camera takes a photo of you going through a the light. What defence do you have?

If you can show proof that you wre following the ambulance carrying your mother, you may garner some compassion from the prosecutor or the Judge. Although, the ambulance may speed and run lights, you cannot while following it. Yours was not an emergency vehicle. But, sometimes Judges and lawyers understand the emotional pull of getting to the hospital as soon as possible.
