Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
Speeding in AR ... Points in MO?
I recently got a speeding ticket in Arkansas. What consequence will that have to my driving record in Missouri? Will my insurance company be notified?

Re: Speeding in AR ... Points in MO?
If you ignore the ticket in Arkansas, it will be reported to Missouri and your driver's license will be suspended. If you just plead guilty and pay your fine, it will be reported to Missouri and you will receive points against your driving record (assuming it was a moving violation). My advice would definitely be to find and hire a local attorney to handle the Arkansas ticket so that you do not take a conviction on it. You will save money in the long run.
