Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

speeding ticket/ cni, and notmaking us sign the ticket.

Me and my buddy got pulled over for street racing, and the cop said we were both going 82 in a 55 but he doesn't have either of us clocked on his radar. so he has no proof to show that we were going that fast, he also did not have us sign our tickets, so does that make the ticket void or not? He gave us a careless and imprudent driving in the manor of street racing, but he references to the other ticket of us speeding, but he has no solid proof we were going that fast.

It does not matter whether you signed the ticket. The cop can testify that you were speeding and that you were driving carelessly or recklessly. His testimony can convict you. Hire an attorney.
