Va speeding ticket is a speeding ticket. If you are convicted of speeding, the effect is not changed based upon where the officer was. The placement may affect the ability to prosecute the charge. If you wish to avoid a conviction, you should consult directly with legal counsel. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. You may email ne for a referral, or I may be able to advise or represent you

I agree with the above advice. You should consult with and hire an attorney to represent you. You do not want to fight these tickets on your own. You do not want to take any convictions if they can be avoided. I have handled thousands of tickets in the thirty-three years that I have been practicing law. If you are in my area I might be able to offer my services to you for a reasonable price. Please feel free to contacct me for a free telephone consultation.
