Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri

Speeding ticket

My wife just recently received her first speeding ticket for going 71 in a 55 in Crawford County. Neither one of us have ever received any tickets before so we are not sure what to do. Is there a way to keep from having points go on her record and from keeping our insurance rates from going up?

Re: Speeding ticket

I can negotiate with prosecutor to amend ticket to non moving violation without points and no adverse insurance impact. Send ticket and $150 retainer to my office. Feel free to contact me at [email protected].

I have 33 years of experience.

Re: Speeding ticket

If her record is as you say, a lawyer may be able to negotiate a plea agreement whereby she would admit to a nonmoving violation (often for a large fien amount) and thereby lessen the chances of insurance rates going up or points on her license. If you are interested, you may email me directly. I may be able to do this for you or refer you to someone who can.

Good Luck
