Speeding ticket

Hello, I'm 16 years old and I recieved

a speeding ticket. 74 in a 55 mph. 2

month licence and no insurence but my

mom was in the car and now I have to

go to court. What happens?

Licencewise, points, money, and

laywer or not? Thanks

I strongly advise you to hire an attorney. Pleading guilty and paying a fine will result in a conviction being entered and points being assessed on your driving record.
