Stachute of Limitation
Is there a stachute of limitation on traffic tickets and traffic warrents.

There is a time limit for each traffic infraction. If they issued a ticket, they stopped the running of the time limit. There are constitutional grounds for limiting the tiem in which to prosecute the case.
As to warrants, there is no set limit, except the death of the defendant.
