Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
traffic ticket
I received a ticket in the mail for being in an intersection with a red light. There is a picture of the car registered to me and my mother that does not show the driver. I was not driving, or in the car at the time. Will this stand up in a Missouri court?

Re: traffic ticket
This is something that an attorney may be able to help you get dismissed. Or, depending on the jurisdiction, the judge may dismiss it for you without the help of an attorney. The most important factor will probably be where the ticket is pending. Let me know if you have any further questions.
This communication does not give rise to an attorney client relationship.
