Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
If I am underage, already have a misdemeanor for shoplifting, and had served my punishment, then get caught driving without a license, what will my punishment be this time?
1 Answer from Attorneys
My question for you is, why don't you have a license? Is it suspended? Did you never get one in the first place? The actual answer to your question depends more upon the specific law that you are charged with violating than it does on your history of shoplifting. Are you charged with violating a state statute? Are you charged with violating a county ordinance? Are you charged with violating a municipal ordinance? No matter what the answers might be, you need to hire an attorney. You may contact me if you do not already have an attorney and I might be able to offer my services to you for a reasonable fee.
