Re: Unpaid ticket
Depending upon what court your ticket was in, you may be able to simply call the court clerk and ask for some additional time to pay. Many municipal courts can be very easy to work with in this way. However, some courts will have already issued a warrant for your arrest, and if so, you may need to hire an attorney to take steps to get the warrant cancelled and get you some time to pay your fines and costs. If you do not already have an attorney, you may feel free to contact me.
Re: Unpaid ticket
Depending upon what you were charged with, and in what jurisdiction, a bench warrant may have been issued for your arrest. You should hire an attorney in the area where the ticket was issued. They can find out if you have a warrant out, and resolve the matter with the Court. Do not wait to be arrested.
