Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
will the state of missouri allow a 16 year old new york state permit holder to drive within the state of missouri? if so, what are the restrictions the state has?

If the 16 year old has only a learner's permit, than they can only drive with a parent or guardian in the vehicle with them. Depending upon the configuration of the vehicle, the parent may need to be in the front seat with them.
