If there is now vaild will, the heirs in order woudl be, children of the deceased (don't assume there are none) If no children, then his parents. If neither parent is living, then his siblings would inherit. Someone who might inherit should seek to open an estate for the decedent in the county in which he was domiciled.

Good luck

Your question does not reveal your relationship to the deceased. Your question also fails to tell us when the tragic accident happened. However, either you or someone who was related to the deceased should consult with an attorney as soon as possible.Depending upon the facts, someone may be entitled to pursue a "wrongful death" lawsuit if someone else caused or contributed to cause the young man's death. Also, the attorney can determine the extent and nature of any assets owned by the deceased at the time of his death, determine who the potential heirs would be and determine which legal procedure would best deal with the situation. You may call me for a consultation or refer a relative of the deceased to me if you choose.
