Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

Appealing a decision made in probate court

My grandma's will stated her assets be divided between her two children. My mom had trouble with the IRS so we decided to place my name on her half of my grandma's house. My uncle agreed to this. He died four months later and we never put my name on. His new wife now has the entire house in her name and my mom passed away June 8. His new wife is giving my stepfather until September to move out. She was aware of the situation and agreed to it,no more.
