Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

aunt executor of will,for grandmother . . . 16 years later she needs my signature to insure house,then she said to sell . . . sent quick claim deed that says $1.00 ,one item then I and my dependants have no say so with property. .I did research have original will that I am in,and another that excludes me and puts aunts husband as co-executor . . they rented grandmas house for years,did not maintain property,and spent her' life insurance .do I have a leg to stand on to sue for fraud,rent,principal??????

You did nit say which will was used by the probate court. You and your attorney can find that out, and then determine if you have a claim against your aunt, etc.
