beneficiary deeds and transfer on death

I have a beneficiary deed leaving my

house and land to my son. I also have

setup a transfer on death for my bond

fund and my car. Will I avoid probate

and Do I need a will?

You will avoid probate if nobody opens an estate for you. It would be good to have a will that refers to your other transfer documents. It could be safeguard for your heirs and beneficaries. It may not to be used, but your seem to be interested in covering the options.
