Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
Beneficiary Rights
I am currently under an irrevocable will that was setup for my benefit in cash payments and being executed (by the "executor") through my grandfather.
I have bills that need settlement and be paid for with certain banking accounts. But the executor refuses to honor my requests to have these items paid for.
Do have any beneficiary rights in this case? or I am limited by what the executor distributes to my behest with the benefits endowed?
Thank you for your help.

I think you may be abit confused. There aren't really irrevocable wills in Missours, nor executors. There are wills and Persoanl Representatives. It sounds like you might be dealing with an irrevocable trust, with your grandfather as trustee. Whether yrou granfather can be forced by court order to pay for certian itmes will come down to the purpose and written language of the trust itself. If it for your geenral welfare,a nd the bills fit into the column, then you might be able to get ajudge to make him uuse trust fudns for that. But, if the bill is the type that the person who set up the turs thad in m ind to keep you form squandering your money on, then the opposite woudl be true,. You coudl get a decision form a judge that states that the trust res (money) cannot be used for this items, and future judges might have to abide by that finding too.
If you are still determined that you might be right, you should consult direclty with an attorney in your area, who can have access to all the information about your situation.
Good luck
