Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
bought vehicles from significant other's child upon death of his father, turned titles over to attorney who was initially engaged my significant other on behalf of child with explanation. child has failed to produce a title in over a year and only asks his mother if we wish to sell the vehicle back. how do i resolve this issue and obtain title for my items?

You may bring an action to quiet title in the circuit court where the property is located. this would be a declaratory judgment. Or, if the title(s) are merely lost, the seller child may request duplicate titles from the state.
