Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

May I change the locks of my Dad's house so my sister can not take any more until we sell? I am exector.

First, are you sure you are the "executor"? Have you been appointed by the probate court? If so you should direct this question to the attorney assisting you with the probate. If you have been appionted then you may do whatever is necessary to secure the property. HOWEVER, if you are merely named in the will and it hasn't been presented for probate,or if Dad just told you that you are the executor, but never did anything more then you have no standing.
