Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
I have a child with a non custodian father he does pay child support but wants nothing to do with her and his name is not on birth certificate i want to file a will to leave my parents as legal guardian in the event of my death. can i do this?

You can designate who you would like to care for your child. But, the state will make the ultimate decision. However they may take your expressed wishes into account in making that decision.
