Confidentiality of Trusts
Is it legal for a trustee to give out information about the trust to a third party?

Generally speaking, a trustee owes various duties to the beneficiaries of the trust and stands in a fiduciary relationship to them. This would normally include some degree of confidentiality. However, the trustee may be required to divulge certain information. An attorney would need to interview you, review the trust document and possibly research the law in order to provide you with competent legal advice regarding your own particular situation.
