credit card

my father passed away 2 of his credit cards were just under his name are we responsible for payment of balance and what can they do to get payment?

I am sorry for your loss. You are not personally responsible for you father's credit card debt. If there is a probate estate opened, the credit card lenders can try to collect their money through the probate court procedures.
