Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My dad recently passed away and i know he had a will how do i know if i inherited anything

If the Will has been filed with the Probate Court, it is a public record and you can see it or obtain a copy from the court. If the Will has not been filed, it needs to be filed within one year of your dad's death. If someone else has the Will, you can file a Petition with the Court and obtain a Court Order requiring them to file the Will. Good luck.
