Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri
My daddy is still living and i have power of attorney but we trying to find out how can i still have it after death.

Power of Attorney appintments expire at death. Teh attorney-in fact can be nmamed trustee of a trust that woudl go on after the person's death. They may also be named as Personal Representative (often called executor in other states) of the decedent's probate estate.
