When a person dies without a will you will receive his property?

To answer your question, I doubt that I will receive a person's property if he dies without a Will. Really, how can anyone answer your question without more information? Who died? Who are you in relationship to the person who died? What did he own in his own name at the time of his death? Are there other people involved? What debts did he have at the time of his death? How long ago did he die?
These are examples of questions that an attorney would be asking before offering any legal advice in response to your inquiry.
