What can i do about my deceased dads wife withholding his will

You can apply to open a testate estate in the probate Court, alleging that the week is held by her. Or, apply for intestate estate, claiming half of hisbestatw for you and your siblings. This would force her to present the Will if she isn't happy just getting half.
